From our seven-layer lasagna to lobster ravioli, every pasta on the menu is made in-house. On Tuesday nights, Chef Vittorio prepares Pasta alla Ruota tableside in an aged imported cheese wheel.

Stellini Trattoria opened in Historic Downtown Grapevine in December 2019 with one clear intention: serve honest, beautifully crafted Italian food in a place that feels like home.

The limoncello creme brulee is fantastic! Yoko, our server was on point. She was very attentive and personable. The floor manager, let's call him "six seeeven", was always present and you can tell he cares about good service. Not our first time and won't be our last. Ciao for now.
